Foxborough Police Logs: OUI Arrests, Warrants and Destruction of Property

Tuesday, July 3:
9:03 a.m. – Reynaldo Caballero, 25 of 421 Prospect St., Apt. #8, Pawtucket, R.I. was arrested at the Red Fox Motel on Washington St. on a default warrant charge.
10:16 p.m. – Mark J. Pelick, 51 of 105 South High St. was arrested on a charge of malicious destruction of property greater than $250 after Foxborough Police responded to a domestic disturbance call on South High Street.

11:15 p.m. – David F. MacKenzie, 47 of 12 Granite St. Apt #1A was arrested and charged for OUI liquor and negligent operation of motor vehicle on North Street and Payson Road.

12:42 a.m. – Michael J Tobichuk, 21 of 170 Browne Ave., Mansfield was arrested and charged for OUI liquor and marked lanes violation following a hit and run incident in Mansfield.
Thursday, July 5:
11:15 p.m. – Owen G. Rebello, 20 of 18 Bearcourt Dr., Attleboro was arrested on a straight warrant and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The arrest took place at America’s Best Value Inn and Sports Pub on Washington Street.
Sunday, July 8:
4:59 p.m. – Grover H. Welch Jr., 21 of 1 Norton Glen Rd. Apt. #36, Norton was arrested on a straight warrant charge on Main and Cross Streets.
