Foxborough Police Logs: Homeless Man Arrested for Shoplifting at Job Lot; Local Woman Charged with OUI and More

Thursday, Oct. 25:

9:24 a.m. – A 50-year-old homeless man, Charles P. Suess, was arrested and charged with second offense shoplifting by concealing merchandise at Ocean State Job Lot on Commercial Street.

9:10 a.m. – Janet E. Norton, 46 of Garfield Street, Foxborough was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, following too closely and negligent operation of motor vehicle following a motor vehicle accident with injury on Commercial and Fisher streets.

6:10 p.m. – A 17-year-old male from Foxborough was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class D drug at Rockhill Cemetery on South Street.
