Foxborough Police Logs: 2 Warrants Served at America’s Best Value Inn

Arrests reported in Foxborough's police logs from Oct. 2-9.

Tuesday, Oct. 2:

9:03 p.m. – Allyson Hubbard, 41, of 80B Mechanic St., Apt. #B Foxborough, was arrested at her apartment and charged with domestic assault and battery after dispatch received a call reporting a domestic disturbance.

11 p.m. – Derek J. Townsend, 24, of 105 Washington St., Apt. #220 Foxborough was arrested at America’s Best Value Inn and Sports Pub after police served him a default warrant.

Friday, Oct. 5:

9:15 a.m. – Hayden N. Cormier, 18, of 479 North Main St., Mansfield, was arrested after police served him a default warrant at America’s Best Value Inn. Foxborough Police located Cormier as a result of a follow-up investigation.

7:30 p.m. – A 24-year-old Franklin man was taken from Toby Keith’s Bar and Grill at Patriot Place and placed into protective custody by Foxborough Police.

Saturday, Oct. 6:

9:29 p.m. – A 45-year-old Mansfield man was removed from Bar Louie at Patriot Place and placed in protective custody.

9:46 p.m. – Justin F. Lopes, 31, of 11 W Weir St., Taunton, was arrested in Lot 23 of Patriot Place after police were notified of an outstanding warrant.

Monday, Oct. 8:

10:42 a.m. – A 39-year-old Foxborough man was taken into protective custody after police received a 911 call of a man and woman arguing on Payson Road towards North Street.

Tuesday, Oct. 9:

1:52 a.m. – A 30-year-old Foxborough man was taken into protective custody after his family reported to police he was intoxicated and trying to leave the residence
