Foxborough Police Log: Dec. 29 - Jan. 2

Police activity in Foxborough for last five days.

There were 66, 600 people in attendance at the New Year's Day Patriots Vs. Buffalo Bills' game. The Foxborough police took 22 people into protective custody and made one arrest for disorderly conduct. 

Thursday, Dec. 29

10:44 p.m. - Patrol Officer Patrick Hoffman pulled over a motor vehicle on Main St and Pierce St for speeding. The operator of the vehicle, Raymond Ragusa of Newport, VT. was taken into custody for having a revoked license in Massachusetts. The car was towed and the officer gave a ride to the passenger to await pickup.

Friday, Dec. 30

2:12 p.m. - Patrolman David Foscaldo pulled over a car on Washington St. Officer Foscalsdo discovered the operator the motor vehicle, Michael Gordon of Millbury had a warrant out for his arrest and took him into custody. Patrolman James Cannata assisted and transported passengers of the vehicle.

Saturday, Dec. 31

Beginning at 12:11 a.m. on New Year's Eve the Foxborough police took seven people in to protective custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.  

7:23 p.m. - A 911 call came from Foxboro Shell, 32 Commercial St., reporting a male harassing customers and attempting to peddle for money. Patrolman David Foscaldo and James Mattson responded. Kyle Guindon of Pawtucket, RI was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant and shoplifting from the Shell station. 

Sunday, Jan. 1

2:59 a.m. - Patrolman David Foscaldo took into custody Kevin Brousseau of Leicester, MA for operating a motor vehicle under the influence and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 

Monday, January 2 

3:27 p.m. - Foxborough Police assisted Canton detectives in making an arrests of Gabriela Onet of Anaheim, CA and Raul Victores of Prescott, AZ at the Gaard Motel in Foxborough. Both were arrested for receiving stolen property.
