A 40-year-old woman from Foxboro was transported by medflight to Boston Medical Center Monday afternoon after allegedly driving into the side of a building in Mansfield.
The woman, according to the Sun Chronicle, hit a car on South Main Street near Mansfield Town Hall before crashing into the side of building housing Tasty Ray's and some apartments.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
No other injuries were reported at the scene.
The accident and police closing the road near the crash did cause heavy traffic around 2 p.m. before clearing up in the early evening.
