The Foxborough Police Department will welcome two officers home after a six-month police academy.

Patrick Hoffman and James Mattson graduated from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Police Academy in a ceremony at the state house Wednesday.

The two officers are part of the 27th Municipal Police Officers' Class, which was led by Platoon Commander Jonathan Carlson of the Wilmington Police Department.
