Feds Arrest Foxborough Man, Two Others On Money Laundering Connected to Marijuana Operation

Federal authorities arrested three more people in connection to the , including his ex-wife.

Barbara Waldman, of Watertown, was one of three people arrested Wednesday. Watertown Police confirmed that Bailey's ex-wife was arrested.

According to documents filed at the Federal Court in Boston, Waldman faces three counts of conspiracy to commit money laundering.

Also arrested were Matthew Fox of Foxborough and Mary Nicole Coman of Revere.

Fox faces one count of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana, the documents show.

Coman faces a charge of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana, three counts of conspiracy to commit money laundering and a charge of criminal forfeiture, according to court documents.

Thomas “Gus” Bailey was arrested on Oct. 19, 2011, after a warehouse he owns in Waltham was raided and police discovered marijuana plants and packaged marijuana.

On Dec. 13, 2011 the case against Bailey and co-defendants Clay Gollibin of Brookline and Eric Falzon of Newton, was  The three were arrested at Waltham District Court after the Middlesex District Attorney’s office passed the case on to the U.S. Attorney’s office.

Bailey faces a charge of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts of distribution of marijuana and three counts of conspiracy to commit money laundering.

A hearing will be held on July 13 in Federal Court in Boston.
