Attleboro Man Charged with OUI Liquor Following Motor Vehicle Stop on Lakeview Road in Foxborough

Wednesday, April 17:

12:19 p.m. – A 45-year-old Canton man was taken into protective custody after a cell phone caller reported an intoxicated man was passed out in front of his residence on Chestnut Street.

Friday, April 19:

2:05 p.m. – Scott D. Gordon, 46, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and default warrant following a motor vehicle stop on Lakeview Road.

8:34 p.m. – David T. Perry, 48, of Attleboro, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor following an emergency 911 call reporting a suspicious four-door gray Sedan driving around the neighborhood. Police located the vehicle and pulled it over on Lakeview Road.
