Alleged Drunk Driver Reported in McDonalds Drive-Through and More in the Foxborough Police Log

July 21

1:45 p.m. - Responding to a report of an intoxicated female in the drive-through at McDonald’s on Route 1, police arrested and charged Kathleen Dacko, 44, of Foxborough with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker, failure to signal, and operating under the influence of liquor. 

7:05 p.m. - During a follow up investigation, police arrested and charged Jonathan Stilwell, 28, of Foxborough with malicious destruction of property over $250.
