Former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez is expected back in court today around 2 p.m. for a probable cause hearing in Attleboro District Court.
During the hearing, Hernandez is expected to hear new evidence from the prosecution in the murder case against him according to WHDH.
Last month, judge Daniel O'Shea granted a delay in the procedural hearing after prosecutors asked for more time to present evidence to a grand jury.
Hernandez has been charged with murdering semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Currently, he is being held without bail in the Bristol County House of Corrections in North Dartmouth.
