What Should Replace the Old Foxborough Fire Station?

Drive around Foxborough long enough and you’re bound to see an empty storefront or vacant building.

But do you ever stop to envision what could move into town to fill that opening in town?

We do and now we are asking you in our continuing series, "Visions for Vacancies." We'll showcase an empty storefront or building and ask you what should take up the space. This is your place to sound off and have your say about local businesess and open spaces.

This week, we turn our attention to a building on a prominent corner in downtown Foxborough – the old Foxborough Fire Station on the corner School and Rockhill streets.

The Foxborough Fire Department left the old fire station for the Public Safety Building on Chestnut Street in 2006.
