Obituary: Remembering Longtime Foxborough Resident Henry Andrew Crawford, Jr.

Henry Andrew Crawford, Jr., a Foxborough resident for 29 years, passed away on Dec. 11, 2012 at the age of 73. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a truck driver and member of the Teamsters Union Local 25, Charlestown.

Henry Andrew Crawford, Jr., 73, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at his home in Foxborough. He was the son of the late Henry and Bridget (Hession) Crawford.

Henry was born in Boston on Aug. 25, 1939 and was raised in Jamaica Plain. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and married his wife Eleanor in Boston. He was a Foxborough resident since 1983.

Henry was a truck driver and member of the Teamsters Union Local 25, Charlestown. He was a member of the Foxborough Fish and Game and the Foxborough American Legion Post 93. He enjoyed taking care of his home and was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan.

Beloved husband of Eleanor (Thomas) Crawford. Loving father of Cheryl Maduskuie and her husband Bob of Wrentham, Michael Crawford and his wife Karen of Attleboro and the late Kerri Crawford-Burns. Devoted grandfather of MacKenzie and Michael Crawford and Brett and Connor Maduskuie. Sister of Mary McGowan of Foxborough, Joan Iovenilli of Peabody and the late Jack Crawford.
