Obituary: Patricia M. Carew Leaves Family in Foxborough

Patricia M. Carew passed away on Oct. 29. The Boston resident leaves behind several family members in Foxborough. Her obituary is courtesy of Roberts & Sons Funeral Home.

Patricia M. (Gallagher) Carew died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012 at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston surrounded by the comfort of her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Madeline (Keaveny) Gallagher.

Patricia was born on Jan. 22, 1941 in Boston. She was employed as an attendant at the Wrentham Developmental Center until her retirement in 1984. She was a retired member of the Waiters and Bartenders Union Local 34 of Boston. Patricia was a banquet waitress at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge. She was an avid reader and a loving and devoted grandmother.

Loving mother of Cheryl Carew of Foxborough, Michele Carew of Foxborough, Karen and her husband Michael Hayes of Foxborough, James and his wife Laura of Foxborough and Shawn and his wife Leslie of Boston. Devoted grandmother of Bryan, Michael, Danielle, Craig, James, Kayla and Garrett.
