60-Year Foxborough Resident Dorothy Rotherham Dies at 83

Dorothy Margaret Rotherham, age 83, died on Saturday, March 2, 2013 after a brief illness at the Golden Living Center in Attleboro. She was the daughter of the late Charles S. and Veronica (Finnegan) Briggs.

Dorothy was born in Attleboro on Oct. 6, 1929 and has been a Foxborough resident for the past 60 years. She was a graduate of Mansfield High School. She enjoyed bird watching, quilting and taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Wife of the late Alfred W. Rotherham, who died in 2008. Beloved mother of Joy Auld of Foxborough and Jay Rotherham and his companion Suzanne Earls of Attleboro. Loving grandmother of John Auld and his wife Julie of Whitman and Michael Auld of Foxborough. Great Grandmother of Christopher and Michael Auld. Sister of the late Alice Pimenta.
