The Foxborough 2012 Winter Brochure: Get Involved and Stay Active This Winter!

Find out what the Recreation Department's 2012 Winter Brochure has to offer.

The Foxborough Recreation Department provides many ways to break free of the monotonous and bitter days of winter. Whether you are a Dad looking to enjoy a night chalked full of memories with your daughter, a Mom hoping to snag a few hours to yourself while your child engages in an educational program, a teen looking to start babysitting for local families, or a child who just wants to have some fun- check out the 2012 Winter Brochure.

Staying fit and involved during the winter is difficult for even the most active person. Signing up for “Men over 21 Basketball,” or “Hatha Yoga,” is a great way to have fun and stay fit this winter indoors. Or, perhaps if you enjoy the crisp air of winter, participating in ice skating at the Booth Playground or Patriot Place is more ideal.

The Recreation Department also offers many great programs for children and teens as well. Teens would certainly enjoy a night out dancing with friends (sigh of relief- while chaperoned!). Also, parents can avoid runny noses and itty bitty frozen fingers by keeping their children indoors and engaged in guitar lessons, baking lessons and more!
