Five Things You Need to Know: Friday, April 7-8

There will be a rabies clinic at the Foxborough Highway Garage Saturday.

 

1. The Foxborough Board of Health will be hosting a rabies clinic Saturday at the highway garage on Elm Street from 8-10 a.m. for cats and 10 a.m. to noon for dogs. For more information visit their website at foxboroughma.gov.

2. The Foxborough High baseball team is holding a fundraising clinic Saturday for youth players at the Booth Playground field. The cost is $10. The first session will be for kindergarten to second grade from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the second session is for players in grades three-five from 12:30-2 p.m.

3. "Tainted Love," a 1980s tribute band, is performing at Showcase Live Saturday night at 8 p.m.

4. Tuesday night's Foxborough Board of Selectmen's meeting has been moved from town hall to the high school auditorium.

5. The weather for the weekend is calling for partly sunny skies with a high of 52 on Saturday and 54 Sunday.
