Sports-bar season gets into full swing as New England playoff action erupts
There is something unique and more enjoyable about watching the big game with your community
Even though the American culture has shifted from watching the big sporting match up out to staying in and watching it on a massive big screen TV complete with surround sound systems, I still find that there is something unique and more enjoyable about watching it with your community.
When I first moved to Foxborough, I immediately sought out the local sports bar scene. Whether it's the Super Bowl, Sox vs Yanks, Bruins playoff action or Rajon Rondo playing playoff basketball with one arm, watching those moments with diehard New England sports fans can't be beat.
Patriot Place in Foxborough is a sure bet for a good spot to watch the game. CBS Scene screams New England sports. Not sure if it's because Gillette Stadium can be viewed through the restaurant windows or the numerous HDTVS in almost every booth - but it has always surpassed my expectations every time I head up their for a big game.

Bar Louie is also a great spot, especially if its an afternoon game because the bar traffic is light and the noise is at a fair level.
Waxy O’Connor’s is the perfect bar to catch a soccer game. The energy and fans are unbeatable during the competitive match-ups.

With the Celtics and Bruins both "in it to win it" (as Randy Jackson would say), Foxborough sport bars will be rocking.
What will Rajon Rondo pull off tonight? Will the Bruins finally win back the Stanley Cup? Enjoy the show!
