Performance Norwood, our programs are designed with you the athlete in mind!
You will benefit from the experience and expertise of our professional coaching
staff whose careers span years of working with elite athletes at the D1
collegiate, professional and Olympic levels as well as with youth athletes at
all skill level.

Utilizing our 13,000
sq foot facility, which boasts 6,000 sq ft of turf, a 40-yard running track and
fully equipped Olympic weightlifting area, our athletes are afforded with the
highest caliber equipment necessary to take performance to the next level.

Whether looking to
improve general fitness levels or stake your claim for a starting sport at a
new school, our summer camps offer diverse curriculum with unique training
focuses for everyone.   No matter what your age or training goal, get in
the game with Velocity Sports Performance!  The summer sessions start on
June 30,  2014 and run for eight weeks with a break for July 4th
holiday.
