Winter Weather Advisory Issued
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory in effect from 2 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday.
The National Weather Service, located in Taunton, has issued a Hazardous Weather outlook for Southern New England, including Foxborough, and a winter weather advisory in effect from 2 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday.
According to the National Weather Service, three to six inches of snow will fall in Foxborough Saturday, mostly before 4 p.m. Snow will overspread Southern New England after midnight from west to east. The majority of the snow is expected to fall from mid morning into the early afternoon. Snow is expected to diminish late in the afternoon into the evening, the weather service reports.
Rain is expected to fall on Monday and Tuesday, according to the Weather Service, creating slippery road conditions for motorists.
