What Our Dads Taught Us

Father's Day musings from around Foxborough.

In one sentence, can you tell us what your father taught you?

We posed that question to people around Foxborough earlier this week and the most popular answers we received were "respect," "hard work" and "integrity."

We asked the same question on our Facebook page and received the following responses from our readers:

Deborah A Stewart: My dad taught me about unconditional love.

Cleaning Without Limits: My dad taught me how to change a tire, how to ride a motorcycle, how to perform an oil change, can you tell he wanted a son? He taught me to not fear goodbyes, because when one story comes to an end another story begins. RIP daddy!

Dawn Sherlock: No one is irreplaceable. Work hard and be reliable.

Annette Colella Crowley: The importance of honesty, among many other things.

Kristin Meehan Papianou: To love Red Sox baseball.

Father's Day is Sunday.
