Powerful Tools for Caregivers
A free six week educational program sponsored by HESSCO Elder Services.
HESSCO Elder Services is offering a free six week educational program for families who are caring for aging relatives or adults with disabilities.
If you are currently helping a loved one with medication, seeing changes in a loved one needing some extra help or providing care for a family member in your home or theirs, the "Powerful Tools for Caregivers" program will provide you with the necessary tools and information.
The program is designed to provide you - the family caregiver - with the skills you need to take care of yourself. In the program you will learn to:

This free class begins on Wednesday, October 12 from 6:00 - 7:30pm. To register or for more information, contact Christina Smith at CSmith@hessco.org.
The program will be located at the Hockomock Area YMCA-Invensys Foxboro Branch.
