PHOTOS: Robert Kraft Greets Patriot Place Patrons at Monday's 'Holiday Lights Spectacular'

Patriot Place kicked off the holiday season Monday with the annual lighting of the Giving Tree and the first ever musical lights show on the complex's new NRG Solar Canopy.

Patrons gathered at Patriot Place Monday for the annual lighting of the Cradles to Crayons Holiday Giving Tree received surprise visits from several special guests.

New England Patriots owner and CEO Robert Kraft stopped by to greet Patrons and thank Old Navy for donating $1,000 in coats to Cradles for Crayons.

Children were also treated to visits from the official Patriots mascot, "Pat Patriot," Rudolph, Patriots cheerleaders and Santa.

Patrons also enjoyed a holiday light show on Patriot Place's new NRG Solar Canopy, festive tunes from Christmas carolers and the lighting of the Cradles to Crayons Giving Tree.

The giving tree, benefiting Patriot Place’s charitable partner, Cradles to Crayons, features ornaments containing a holiday request from a child in need. Visitors to Patriot Place are invited to take an ornament from the tree and purchase the assigned gift to fulfill a child’s wish. Gifts can be dropped off throughout the holiday season at the Patriot Place Management Office, located next to Skipjack’s or at participating Patriot Place retailers.
