Personal Best Karate Will Host Women’s Self Defense Class

Personal Best Karate will be hosting a Women’s Self Defense Class on Sunday, Feb. 5th from 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The class will teach valuable safety skills that will explain how to protect yourself and your loved ones from a bigger and stronger attacker. These lifesaving skills aim to keep participants out of harm’s way.
