Mosquito Spraying set for Foxborough

Planned aerial applications will begin in late April.

Starting in late April, spring aerial spraying for mosquito larvae will begin.

The Norfolk County Mosquito Control Project will treat wetlands in Foxborough and surrounding wetlands in Norfolk County, between April 19 and 22, using a helicopter to dump a biological pesticide to kill mosquito larvae.

According to the Norfolk County Mosquito Control Project, the products used in the spraying provide the greatest benefit with the least risk to the environment and public health.
