Moms Talk: Are Your Kids Giving Up Anything For Lent?

Does your family give up something in the days leading up until Easter?

This Wednesday, March 9,  marked the beginning of Lent. A typical Christian ritual involves giving up "something" as a form of self-disciple leading up to Easter on April 24.

Many choose to give up candy, sweets, chocolate, alcohol and coffee, while others may go for "mental" sacrifices such as "giving up negative thoughts."

During this week's Moms Talk we want to hear from you on what Lent means to you and your family.
