Dick and Rick Hoyt will be among the expected 400 competitors in Sunday's Hockomock Area YMCA's Triathlon at Lake Pearl in Wrentham. The event will start at 8 a.m. at Luciano's Lake Pearl, 299 Creek St.
The sprint triathlon will feature a 1/4 mile swim, followed by a 9 mile bike run and a 3.1 mile run. Registration closed on Saturday, but there may be spaces available Sunday at 6 a.m. Athletes 14 and up are eligible to compete. Each finisher will be presented with a medal.
All the proceeds from the race will benefit Reach Out to You and Familes Program at the Hockomock YMCA.
