Health Board Public Hearing For Foxborough Corner Store Sept. 19
The public board of health has ordered an emergency suspension of food and cold drink sales at JAK's Corner Store.
The board of health has scheduled a public hearing, Monday, Sept. 19 to discuss actions on recent sanitary violations at located at 79 Summer St.
Sanitary violations at the store include a damaged main cooler, forcing the health department to immediately suspend food and cold drink sales at JAK's Corner Store.
JAK's Corner Store is allowed to remain open but only for the sale of beer, wine and tobacco. The store will fully reopen once an inspection is completed and it is cleared of any sanitary issues.
