Sullivan wins selectmen race by 13 votes.

Contested races:

Board of Selectmen(1 seat): Mark Sullivan, 621

Selectmen candidates: Paul Moretnson - 582, Steve Sloan - 608

Planning Board (2 seats): Incumbent William E. Grieder Jr., 1,091 and Shannon Lee McLaughlin, 986.

John B. Rhoads - 750

Unopposed races:

School Committee: Beverley Lord

Assessor: Thomas F. Buckley

Health Board: Paul W. Steeves

Housing Authority: Charlene Kaye

Water and Sewer Commission: Richard M. Pacella Jr.

Boyden Library Trustees: Thomas L. Magee and Kevin F. Penders

At the conclusion of the election, the was between 17-18 percent and is considered "very low" according to Foxborough's Town Clerk Robert E. Cutler, Jr. Prior election years have seen numbers closer to 30 percent.

School Committee member, Beverley Lord, expressed her disappointment in the low voter turnout percentage. 

"[We have] military men and women fighting for our right to vote," said Lord. "I was disappointed in the lack of support."
