2. Foxborough opened an at the Burrell School for critical families and seniors. Pets are allowed but must be crated; pets will be in a separate room. Foxborough officials are asking residents seeking shelter at the Burrell School to bring their own pillows and blankets.

3. Foxboro Branch Hockomock YMCA: "School-aged After School Care participants, in towns without power, will have full day care tomorrow. Unless power is restored in Foxboro, the Foxboro program will take place at the Hockomock Area YMCA Mansfield Arts and Education center. Wrentham students will be at the North Attleboro Branch and Franklin students will be at the Bernon Family Branch in Franklin."
