The people have spoken and viewers of NECN have made it clear who they believe has the best cupcake in all of New England.
Winning the NECN webpoll with 57 percent of the vote, Cupcake Charlie's beat the next best performer by 29 percent.
Cupcake Mojo of Weymouth finished in second place with 28 percent.
Cupcake Charlie's was founded by the husband/wife duo of Penny and Dan Lessa in 2008. The two left their real estate business during the economic downturn to open up the cupcake shop.
The gourmet cupcake shop has four locations in Foxborough, Mashpee, Plymouth, and Newport, R.I
