August 24: Free Fitness and Student Open Houses

1. Incoming Foxborough students will have the opportunity to tour their new schools today.

The following will hold Open Houses:

• Informal Open House - Igo Elementary School, Grades 1-4, Noon - 2:00 p.m.
• New Student Open House - Burrell Elementary School, 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. 
• School Open for New Students - Ahern Middle School, 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. 
• New Student Open House - Taylor Elementary School, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.

2. Summer Sensation at Patriot Place:

• Children ages 5-10 are invited to join Lisa, certified Pretzel Kids® Yoga instructor from the Foxboro Y, for a fun filled ! This fun program incorporates traditional Hatha yoga postures with imaginative yoga games and relaxation techniques. This free event begins at 10:30 a.m.
• Your family is invited to stop by the plaza for an incredible . This free event, which begins at 5:30 p.m. and will focus on total body strengthening and stretching.  Be sure to bring your own mat or towel.

3. Bethany Church invites children and their parents/caregivers to join them for a  session 10 am - 11:30 am outside on the playground or in the gym, depending on the weather. 

4. Enjoy Live Music tonight, 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.,  featuring the music of Mike Higgins.

5. Toby Keiths I Love this Bar and Grill presents  from Digger Dawg tonight at 9:30 pm.
