3. 7:00pm - Boyden Library invites you to visit the library for some as Keith Stavely and Kathleen Fitzgerald introduce you to the historic Anglo-American cuisine featured in their new book “Northern Hospitality: Cooking by the Book in New England”. As well as a talk and slide presentation, they will bring along fruit studded, yeasted “Plum Cake,” baked according to a recipe that appears in America’s first cookbook, published in 1796.
