With the approval of an expansion of Patriot Place by the Foxborough Planning Board, new details are starting to come out about the specifics of the new hotel that will be build.
According to the Boston Herald, the new hotel will be an 85,000-square-foot-hotel from Marriott. It is unknown which brand the hotel will operate under or what the design will look like.
The 122 suit hotel is expected to be more affordable than the Renaissance Hotel & Spa at Patriot Place, also a Marriott brand.
A quick serve restaurant and a CVS are also part of the expansion. There has been no announcement concerning an construction timeline, price, or start date.
