Christina's for sure. The food was awesome, the atmosphere was warm, and the staff was always accomodating. Demetris will never be able to replace that. Chris and Majorie were the pulse that made it happen, and that can not be replicated. I also miss Stephen as the owner of Mandarian Chef on Mechanic Street. While the restaurant is still there, Stephen's warm smile, greeting, and willingness to cook you up what ever you wanted, is no longer.
