Position Summary:
The on-campus Brand Ambassador for the New England Revolution is responsible for promoting upcoming events, games and special offers to the student population.

- Promote the Revolution on campus using Revolution provided promotional materials
- Liaise with school administration to coordinate organized school events involving the Revolution

- Execute on-campus marketing promotions using Revolution-provided materials
- Build a fan base for the Revolution among fellow college students

Job Description
- Maintains base of payroll clients on all products, including Taxpay, Paylink, Direct Deposit, BTR reporting, and check signing and stuffing in order to meet client payroll, Human Resource, and employee benefit service needs.
- Contacts clients daily according to set schedules in order to obtain payroll data, including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and employee deductions or adjustments.
- Keys all payroll-related data necessary to process and meet appointment schedules.
- Provides quality client service to maintain a high rate of client retention.
- Maintains knowledge of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws to develop a trusted relationship with our clients. Corresponds with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of clients to resolve problems.
- Maintains client files to ensure efficient operation and improved client service.
- Researches and resolves client and system problems to ensure accurate payroll reports and tax returns.
- Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a positive quality service image.
- May participate in conducting branch training sessions to empower and develop employees.
- Continues self-study modules to become a senior payroll specialist.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of office experience with a proven facility in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution is required.
- Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience.
- The capability to perform, understand and explain payroll and tax computations to clients is required.
- Competency includes, but is not limited to, successful completion of job dependent exams as deemed appropriate during training period(s).

Primary Duties:- Responsible for management of daily and ongoing operations of school building and grounds to ensure an efficient, clean, safe and well-maintained physical environment.
- Responsible for regulatory compliance programs, including but not limited to, asbestos management, pest management, OSHA, lead in water, soils, paints; air quality, hazardous waste reduction, and fire safety.
