Blast Fitness is looking for a highly motivated Personal Trainer for our Foxboro location!

This is a personal training position, a certification is not required. The Health Club and Personal Training are owned and run by Blast Fitness (www.BlastFitness.com), which is the fastest growing health club owner in the country. All of our locations feature a high volume of members joining monthly, and already have a large existing member base as well. We are looking for people with high energy, enthusiasm, and passion who are willing to spend time in the club working the floor, setting appointments, and building relationships while growing their own business within our club We are looking for leaders with an incredible work ethic that will be compensated several ways for their efforts.

Product Relationship Manager I or II at TD Bank
Job Requirements
  • Work closely with all Retail Business Partners to support money out sales and service efforts geared to the financial needs of retail customers with an emphasis on excellence in service and the development/expansion of customer relationships. 
  • Assist the Stores in meeting their money out goals by delivering hands-on support, one-on-one coaching and direct to customer business development activities. 
  • Work in conjunction with the RMM and Store Management to drive sales and service to achieve desired money out growth objectives of a Region, diagnose training needs and develop action plans that drive improved performance. 
  • In collaboration with our Retail Partners, build a customer base of Realtors, Accountants, Attorney’s and other COI’s that is strategically aligned with our Money Out product offerings which introduces and expands new customer relationships ensuring a high, positive public profile of the organization. 
  • Responsible for achieving Money Out production goals & objectives 
  • Provides sales and service leadership, coaching and training to regional retail staff through Sales Calls and Store Building Programs and formal Training Courses 
  • Liaison between Retail network and Underwriting regarding credit appeal process, credit reviews and pricing issues 
  • Manage and log sales calls, store building program activities, training, etc., in the Activity Management system 
  • Develops and maintains strong business relationships with Retail and other business partners. 
  • Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company Intranet; policies include, but are not limited to, Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money laundering policies 
  • Partners with retail and other lines of business to participate in civic activities and community events to promote growth and development of the community and to portray a positive image for the Company. 
  • Reinforce and reward WOW/ behaviors by being visible and engaging Store employees. 
  • Serves as a resource for Regional Cons Lender I
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
    3+ Years of related experience in a high-volume consumer loan environment 
  • Completion of Certified Consumer Lender training program required. 
  • In-depth knowledge of TD Bank Consumer Loan products, policies and processing procedures. 
  • Prior successful supervisory/management experience. 
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, analytical organization and cross-selling skills. 
  • Motivated team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • PC proficiency in Word and Excel 

Long Term Math Substitute Teacher at Ahern Middle School
Highly qualified, motivating, effective, and engaging educator to provide direct service to students in both remediation and enrichment activities, and to work with teachers, administration and Curriculum Director to continually improve math instruction. Responsibilities include: analysis of student performance data in collaboration with classroom teachers, developing strategies/lessons/units with teacher teams that improve student achievement, and serve as a resource for implementation of best practices in mathematics instruction, intervention, remediation, and enrichment.

General Description
  • Clean and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, hallways, public restrooms, and public areas of the hotel according to property specific and System Standards.
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
  • Clean and maintain the appearance of the surrounding areas of the hotel, including the sidewalk, parking lot, signage, and entrance.
  • Deep cleaning of assigned areas of the hotel including the shampooing of rooms and public areas, window washing, hotel light fixtures, and guest elevators.
  • Clean and maintain the back of the house area, including the employee break room, executive offices, the hotel laundry room, and the employee restroom.
  • Clean and set-up meeting room functions according to the function sheets.
  • Deliver items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
  • Check and replenish your supplies and cleaning tools.
  • Report maintenance problems to the appropriate person.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Practice safety standards at all times. Know all hotel specific emergency procedures.
  • Comply with federal laws and break periods.
  • Comply with Record Retention, Standard Operating Procedures and daily responsibilities.
  • Assist team with training, supplies and support in order to consistently provide a quality guest room and public areas.
  • Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.
