Primary responsibility for managing selling floor and operational activities to maintain anenvironment that supports and strengthens our Staples brand. The team lead is responsible for coaching and mentoring our sales associates on building rapport, comfortably connecting and presenting solutions to identify and take action on selling opportunities throughout the store while creating a customer centric environment.. This individual must ensure high customer engagement while demonstrating the ability to multi task and assign operational needs appropriately based on customer traffic.

• Connect electrical power to audio and visual equipment
• Determine wiring layouts
• Install brackets and hangers

• Installation, Service, and Sales of residential and commercial backup generators.

• Apprenticeship completed
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• Good eyesight

• $25-30 per hour

• Manages the delivery of Customer First Service Excellence 
• Responsible for the administration of sales, service, operational efficiency, risk applications, internal control and HR management activities to meet bank objectives for the branch. 
• Develops a culture within the branch in which quality and continuous improvement on all performance accountabilities are understood and utilized by all employees 
• Ensures the team is focused on the acquisition of new business and personal relationships and the retention and expansion of existing relationships 
• Reports to the Retail District Executive. 

• Analyzes branch expenses and implements strategies to reduce overhead 
• Directs the development, implementation and use of productive sales strategies and techniques, generating additional bank business through any mean or channel provided by Santander Bank 
• Focuses on increasing Santander Bank products and services, sales, number of clients, its business relation with the bank and always following the established policy and procedures 
• Is responsible for managing branches Tier 3 or 4, usually less than 5 FTE Team Members, and ensuring that they and the branch meet or exceed their goals 
• Manages, coaches, directs and motivates every branch team member to promote and maximize sales opportunities. Oversees CCG/BCG tool and manages employee¿s sales initiative.
• On the SME side, focuses on companies with revenues less than $3.0 Million, performing significant calling activity on existing SME customers, prospects and Centers of Influence, to develop new business and to retain or expand existing business.
• Opens new accounts, takes loan applications and closes loans obtaining and analyzing necessary personal financial data, credit reports, appraisals, flood certifications and lock-in rates and following the risk policy and procedures of Santander Bank 
• Participates in branch functions and community activities to promote
• Bank's image and growth ensuring that Santander Bank maintains a strong local presence 
• Takes responsibility for delivering Customer First Service Excellence which meets and exceeds the customers expectation

• Collaborates with SPED Liaison in lesson plan development and modification
• Implements in-class services to directly address IEP goals
• Works collaboratively with classroom teacher
• Uses a variety of instructional and behavior management strategies
• Provides verbal and brief written reports on individual student progress; maintains accurate and appropriate records/data
• Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the small group setting in the classroom.
• Communicates with parents through various means to discuss student progress as agreed upon with SPED liaison
• Attends in-services and independently seeks to increase knowledge of disabilities and instructional strategies.
• Attends IEP meetings as requested/necessary
• Reviews and refers to IEPs as necessary to provide appropriate services
• Consults with specialists (OT, PT, Speech) as needed
• Behavior management training and/or experience a plus, but not required
