Customer Service Rep: Gillette Stadium Ticket Office

This Position will support and assist the Ticket Manager with the daily ticket office operations.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Box Office Operations (Ticket Processing)

• Update account information on STH / WL accounts (phone, email, address)
• Process wait list applications
• Prepare monthly update of wait list membership information to senior executives
• Process renewal payments for Patriots / Revolution
• Process, print and mail individual orders for Gillette Stadium events
• Responsible for management of Patriots Pass It On Program including the applications, confirmation notices, emails and executive updates
• Manage Patriots retention efforts and provide overview of retention results

Customer Service

• Assist non season ticket holders on the phone and at the ticket windows
• Manage multiple e-mail addresses regarding Patriots customer service
• Overseeing 4 Customer Service windows for Patriots games
• Update the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office CS Manual as needed
• Answer all Patriots related CS calls after each game and track game related issues

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with several deadlines

Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Archtics, Access Manager systems

IT Specialist: Kraft Group

The primary responsibility of this position will be to support all hardware (involving, but not limited to personal computers, mobile devices, faxes, and printers), software and programming needs, supporting a complex business environment.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Develop custom programs, modify and support existing custom and purchased programs, develop standard and ad-hoc reporting and queries.  Support Custom and purchased.
• Hardware and software support including; configure new and update existing computers, complete all diagnostic, repair or replacement of failed components, trouble-shoot all equipment

• Support all ongoing needs and troubleshooting; assist with all telephone and computer relocations

• Work collaboratively with business unit and IT staff to ensure appropriate support  of all needs

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems
• 1-3 years of programming experience
• Weekend, holiday, evenings, on-call and travel requirements
• Help Desk experience preferred
• Experience writing SQL queries, Windows.net, VB.net, ASP.net, and Crystal Reports
• Prior experience with Access
• Highly motivated and solution-oriented
