Premium Flagger – Gillette Stadium

Description: This position is responsible for providing exceptional service while directing cars to the appropriate parking location. Additionally, must be a quick learner in order provide directional support to parking patrons prior to, during and subsequent to an event exit.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Delivery of exceptional customer service including guest inquiries and problem resolution in a courteous and efficient manner
• Check out necessary equipment such as flags, flashlights, etc. at beginning of shift in order to perform key tasks
• Efficiently and quickly direct customers into designated parking stalls/area
• Enforce tailgating and general parking policies with customers
• Control traffic in designated area as needed
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong background in customer service
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company in an exceptionally friendly manner
• Ability to direct traffic using equipment provided in a professional manner
• Ability to work in inclement weather

Description: This position is responsible for entertaining and motivating fans, and to make promotional appearances throughout New England. The mascot’s role is to generate crowd enthusiasm and to serve as a goodwill ambassador in the community.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Must have a flexible schedule, available to work some days, nights and weekends for promotional appearances and games
• Ability to interact with people of all ages
• Good physical condition and able to withstand the demands of performing in a costume in all weather elements
• Animation skills as mascot is a non-speaking character
• Ability to troubleshoot situations without delay and react accordingly
• Perform mascot duties in a manner deemed acceptable according to the New England Patriots standards

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Description: This position is primarily responsible for accurately receiving, reporting, and distributing purchased items.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Sort, count, package, label and unpack inventory that is received
• Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects and notify supervisor of findings
• Receive and unload incoming material and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment
• Pull merchandise from warehouse needed to replenish the Patriots ProShop physical store, online store and Trophy Town

Construction Assistant – TKG, LLC

Short-term assignment (3 to 6 months) in the Construction/Development Group, assisting with various projects underway and being planned at Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place in Foxborough, MA.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Interface between office staff and field crews for construction projects
• Manage document transmittals between Construction/Development Group, other internal departments, and third-party contractors, vendors, and agencies.
• Prepare and manage status reports, information requests, and other project tracking documents

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
• Construction and/or architecture study
• Construction, real estate development, and/or architecture experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
