July 31 - The Commons Eatery and Cafe
During Kevin Duquette’s inspection of the Commons, one violation was discovered related to prevention of contamination from hands. According to Duquette’s notes, bare hands were in contact with food.

Other notes made include:
- Label items in containers
- Barrel for hand-wash sink, corrected
- Every two weeks checks dishwashers
- Make sure using thermometer regularly to check temps.

All violations found during an inspection on July 29 were found to be corrected.
The following violations were corrected:- Clean refrigerator, make sure proper temperature
- Provide freezer with new thermometer
- Post food allergy statement on menu board.
