Health Inspections: Spoodles Soup Factory, Foxboro Shell, Cumberland Farms, and More

Sept 12.

Cumberland Farms

While no major violations were found, the following notes were made during the inspection:

  • Thermometer near milk in walk-in not reading correctly, replace. Has second and has been corrected.
  • Beverage racks in walk-in coolers not clean to sight or touch, maintain clean.
  • CO2 outside not secure.
  • Some expiration dates covered by price tag, Monitor and fix when able.
  • Sink near coffee should be dedicated for coffee rinsing only. Maintain clean. Place sign or such so that the sink is not used for hand-washing. Sent letter to corporate.

  • Box of out of code product not clearly identified/labeled in walk-in cooler.

Foxboro Shell

While no major violations were found, the following notes were made during the inspection:

  • Spill noted under orange juice rack, clean.
  • Debris, dust, grime note in far area (near doors) in walk-in, clean.

  • All violations found during an inspection on Aug. 29 were found to be corrected.
