Green Valley Steak House Now Open

A new steak restaurant has opened on Route 1 after months of waiting. Green Valley Steak House have opened their doors for business according to an announcement made on their Twitter Page on Monday.

The restaurant, formerly home to Christina’s Fireside Grille, had been closed since June 2012. Since the closing, the renamed restaurant has been open for Patriots’ games and special events.

Green Valley Stake House will be the name of restaurant section of the building while Demetri’s, the name the building has gone by since last year, will remain the name of the banquet hall.

According to the establishment’s Facebook page, they offer “exquisite dining in a warm atmosphere of casual elegance,” and “the best quality Midwestern beef aged to perfection.”

The newly open restaurant is located at 2 Washington St. and is  open Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
