Foxborough Youth Named Finalist in Tri-Town Chamber's Back to School Contest

Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce has announced Foxborough's Paulina Baczkowski is one of six finalists in the Back to School Buy Local Favorite Summer Memory Contest.

Other finalists are Victoria Vaphiades, Lily Grace Holloway and Daniel Clapp from Norton and Jack Moussette and Kara Hart from Mansfield.

“We want to congratulate all of the kids entered the contest,” said Kara Griffin, executive director of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce. “They made our decision very difficult because they were all so good.”

The winner will be determined by the general public. Finalist entries are located on the Tri-Town Chamber Blog. Once you have read all the entries, select your favorite writer's name from the left hand column and click the blue "Like" button to vote. Only Facebook Likes appearing on the actual essay page will count as a vote.

Voting ends at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24. The essay with the most Facebook Likes will win the grand prize valued over $300. The winner will be announced Aug. 27. Prizes will be presented at an awards ceremony breakfast at the Deutsche Bank Championship Aug. 29. Winners and their families are invited.

The grand prize and other prizes have been provided by Mansfield Crossing, Best Buy, Cold Stone Creamery, Barrows Insurance, Dream Dinners, and Linda’s Cookies.
