Foxborough Resident Participates in 20th Annual Race for the Cure

Foxborough resident Jason Hassett participated in the annual 5K fitness walk/run on Saturday, Oct. 20, which is dedicated to raising dollars to support local breast health programs.

BOSTON – Foxborough resident Jason Hassett was one of more than 5,000 people participating in the 20th Annual Komen Massachusetts Race for the Cure® on Saturday, Oct. 20 at Joe Moakley Park in South Boston including Foxborough resident, Jason Hassett.
 
The event, presented by the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, was the culmination of Komen Massachusett’s activities during October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The Race is a 5K fitness walk/run dedicated to raising dollars to support local breast health programs that cover education, prevention, screening, and treatment while also funding the most promising research on a national level.
