Thousands participated in the Harvard-Pilgrim Finish at the 50 on July 3 in Foxborough, which featured a 5K and 10K race.

The finish line for both the 5K and 10K was the 50-yard line at Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots.

With both the 10K and 5K runners entering though the famous Patriots’ helmet as the team has done many times, the participants got to experience the thrill of running on to an NFL field with Patriots’ linebacker Jerod Mayo cheering at the finish line.
