Week in Review: Elderly Robbed, Patriots Hold Stadium Practice, and More

A serious accident on Commercial Street and Central Street Thursday afternoon has sent two people to the hospital.

At approximately 4:29 p.m., a 30-year old male on a motorcycle crashed into a car at the intersection, going through the windshield and injuring himself and the driver.

The man on the motorcycle was taken to Rhode Island hospital with serious injuries including multiple fractures and a strong indication of head injuries according to Foxborough fire.

Foxborough police are now looking for information concerning a series of break-ins on Sunday night and early Monday morning on West Street and Spruce Street.

According to police, several parked cars on the roads were entered overnight.

Police Looking For Man Who Robbed Elderly Person

A man accused of robbing an elderly woman on Fox Hill Road is now wanted by police.

The man is described as a 5'5 Hispanic male in his 60s with dark clothing, a mustache, and salt and pepper halr who drove a black van.

According to the Foxborough police, the person knocked on the door of the home and told the woman who owns the house that he was a contractor installing a fence on a neighboring property.

"He had a very detailed storyline to make is sound believable," Foxborough police chief Ed O'Leary said.
