Assistant Director of Quality Management, Riverside Community Care, Dedham

Job Description:
Great part-time (24-32 hours per week) opportunity to assist our Director of Quality Management with the supervision and oversight of Riverside’s quality management operations, ensuring that quality management systems are implemented in compliance with policies, regulations, accreditation and industry standards.  This newly created position offers a combination of supervisory  and administrative responsibilities  , and the ability to work with a wide range of divisions and programs to help the individuals we serve to reach their goals.  Primary responsibilities include providing direct supervision to Quality Managers and an Administrative Assistant, enhancing existing quality management systems through recommending systems changes to enhance quality, monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure compliance, and having primary responsibility for designated department activities in the absence of the Director.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Human Services related field required; Master’s preferred.  RN or LICSW preferred.  Must have at least five years of experience in healthcare or human services and quality management.  Experience with accreditation (CARF or JCAHO) required.  Supervisory experience preferred.

Health Information Coordinator, Golden Living Centers, Dedham

Job Description:
Maintain the Health Information Management Department at the assigned center(s) in accordance with the procedures documented in the company Health Information Management Manual. High School Diploma or GED. Preference will be given to college level education and/or certification in Health Information Management. Experience in long term care preferred. Must successfully complete Job Knowledge testing. Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at the level necessary to accomplish the job. Job Description:
Plan and implement effective strategies to recruit and retain and manage sponsor organizations and relationships to achieve established blood collection goals. Develop potential Sponsor leads. Educate Sponsor chairpersons and recruitment committees in organizational requirements. Provide ongoing support to Sponsors and implement appropriate special donor recruitment programs.
