Foxboro Recreation Department's Halloween Costume Parade and Party

The Foxboro Recreation Department invites the community to a Halloween Costume Parade and Party on Oct. 29.

The Foxboro Recreation Department invites the community to a Halloween Costume Parade and Party on Oct. 29.

The Costume Parade and Party will run from 4-6pm and is open and free to all Foxborough residents. All ages are welcome and families are encouraged to be in costume.

Participants will be marching down Central Street to the Common led by a Foxborough fire truck. Along the route, participants will be able to trick or treat at local businesses.

The parade will end at the common with prizes awarded in each age group. Categories are most original costume, best fictional character and creepiest. One award will be given out for the best family/group entry as well.

The parade will begin at 4pm and line up will start at 3:30pm at the Town Hall parking lot.

The post party will take place at the old firehouse and includes goodie bags for all, crafts and refreshments.

This event is sponsored by the Foxboro Recreation Department. Individual and group photos will be available for a small fee. Pictures will be taken by Enid Ricci at the Gothic Historical building.
