Prior to their game Tuesday night against the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Boston Bruins honored Sam Berns with a special video tribute and a moment of silence.
On Nov. 9, the Bruins held Progeria Awareness Night. During the evening, Berns dropped the first puck, served as the assistant equipment manager for the team, and watched the pre-game warmups from the Bruins' bench.
