Here's a roundup of events and meetings in Foxborough this week, Dec. 17-23.

The following meetings and events will be held in Foxborough this week:

Monday, Dec. 17:

Foxborough School Committee, 7 p.m., Foxborough High School Media Center

  • The Foxborough School Committee will discuss proposed 2013-2014 Foxborough High School program of Studies with FHS principal Diana Myers-Pachla; hear an update on food services and recent federal regulation changes from School Business Manager Bill Yukna; Hold a preliminary discussion of the proposed FY14 budget and officially vote to authorize use of Foxborough High School renovation funds and building rental revolving account funds for construction of the turf field and relocation of the softball and baseball fields.

Foxborough Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners, 7 p.m., Water Department Office of Town Hall

  • Foxborough’s Water and Sewer Commissioners will meet to discuss office space, administration of billboard advertising contract with Kraft company FXP, water and sewer rate studies, FY14 budget and provide an update on the Oak Street Water Treatment plant.

Foxborough Conservation Commission, 7 p.m., Lower Level Meeting Room of Town Hall

  • The Foxborough Conservation Commission will open its meeting Monday at 7 p.m. to continue discussion of NOI, Crackrock Pond Dam and the Neponset Reservoir Company’s repair of the dam under North Street. The Commission will also discuss the East Belcher Road Compost Facility operation.

Tuesday, Dec. 18:

Foxborough Board of Selectmen, 7 p.m., Andrew Gala Meeting Room of Town Hall

  • The Foxborough Board of Selectmen will meet Tuesday with a full agenda. Selectmen are expected to meet in executive session with Foxborough Police Chief Edward O’Leary and Town Counsel Richard Gelerman to discuss criminal matters related to the sexual abuse allegations against William E. Sheehan before opening to public session at 7 p.m. In public session, selectmen are expected to recognize the town’s Animal Control Officer Sue Thibedeau; Review change of manager for Renaissance Hotel located at 28 Patriot Pl.; Review change of manager for Showcase Cinema located at 24 Patriot Pl.; Hold a public hearing to discuss the Kenny Chesney concerts at Gillette Stadium, scheduled for August 2013; Continue the public meeting for the Taylor Swift concerts at Gillette Stadium in July 2013; Hold a discussion with Town Moderator Frank Spillane to discuss possibility of holding Town Meetings on Saturday; Review the request from the Water & Sewer Board for a Special Town Meeting to be held on March 4, 2013 to vote on the Municipal Sewer Agreement with Mansfield and Norton.

Grade 5 Orchestra & Chorus Concert, 6:30-8:30 p.m.; Ahern Middle School Auditorium

  • The Ahern Middle School Grade 5 Orchestra & Chorus will perform in concert at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium.

Wednesday, Dec. 19:

Cindi's Diamond & Jewelry - Men's Night Out, All Day

  • Cindi’s Diamond & Jewelry says it can't have an event only for women without having a night dedicated to men. Cindi’s annual Men's Night is a way for guys to come into a jewelry store and enjoy a night of cold beer and great food. It is a shopping experience that they'll never forget. We have secret prizes and giveaways for Men's Night only - promised to make any loved one smile.

Boyden Library Trustees, 7:45 p.m., Foxborough High School Media Center

  • The Boyden Library Trustees will meet to review financial, staff and director’s reports, review proposed FY14 budget, discussion of addition and renovation project issues and other business.

Taylor Elementary School Grade 1 Holiday Concert, 2 p.m.

  • The Taylor Elementary School Grade 1 will hold a Holiday Concert from 2 to 3 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 20:

Foxboro Jaycees Caroling on the Common, 6 p.m.

  • The Foxborough Jaycees will be holding its annual Caroling on the Common and are inviting all brass players in the community to join them on the Common. Band rehearsal is Thursday at 4:30 p.m. at Foxboro High School on South Street. The community is then invited to sing with the Jaycees beginning at 6 p.m. Hot chocolate, cookies, and music will be provided. Carolers will then walk over to the Doolittle Home at 6:45 p.m. and carol with the residents.

Foxborough Board of Health’s Pediatric Flu Clinic at Foxborough High School, 2 p.m.

  • The Community V.N.A. and the Foxborough Board of Health will be holding a pediatric flu clinic (ages 3 and up) on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. in the cafeteria of Foxborough High School. For more information, call the Foxborough Health Department at (508) 543-1207.

Igo Elementary School Concert, 10 a.m.

  • The Igo Elementary School kindergarteners will perform a Holiday Concert from 10 to 10:30 a.m.

Taylor Elementary School Concert, 10:30 a.m.

  • The Taylor Elementary School kindergarteners will perform a Holiday Concert from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Foxborough High School Hallway Decorating Competition, 2 p.m.

  • Foxborough High School students will participate by class in a Hallway Decorating competition.

Troop 7 Christmas Tree and Wreath Sales, 4 p.m.

  • Foxborough Scout Troop 7 will be selling Christmas trees and wreaths behind the Town Hall at the Steamer Shed. Trees begin at $15.

Friday, Dec. 21:

Family Buffet at Lafayette House Restaurant, 5 p.m.

  • Lafayette House will be holding a family-friendly Friday night buffet for the entire family.  Price is $20 for adults and $12 for kids.

Ahern Grade 5 Band Concert, 10:15 a.m.

  • The Ahern Middle School Grade 5 band will hold a concert inside the auditorium from 10:15 to 11 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 22:

Troop 7 Christmas Tree Sales, 8 a.m.

  • Foxborough Scout Troop 7 will be selling Christmas trees and wreaths behind the Town Hall at the Steamer Shed. Trees begin at $15.

Sunday, Dec. 23:

Troop 7 Christmas Tree Sales, 8:30 a.m.
